Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the SupplyDay platform: the SupplyDay store app, the SupplyDayW wholesaler app, the SupplyDay wholesaler web dashboard and the SupplyDay web admin (together, the "Service"), operated by Ewaantech FZ LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
1. Accounts and access
There is no self sign-up. Wholesaler accounts are created by the operator; store and salesman logins are created by a wholesaler or by the operator; wholesaler team logins are created by the wholesaler's account owner. You must keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for all activity under your login. We may deactivate a login that is inactive, shared or used in breach of these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for the business purpose it is built for: placing, fulfilling and managing wholesale orders and the related field activities. You must not attempt to access data of another business, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer the apps, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages.
3. Orders between stores and wholesalers
SupplyDay is a tool that records and transmits orders between a store and its wholesaler. The commercial contract for goods, prices, delivery and payment is between the store and the wholesaler. Prices shown are set by the wholesaler at the time of ordering. We are not a party to that contract and do not guarantee stock, delivery dates or payment. Order statuses (pending, confirmed, processing, dispatched, delivered, rejected, cancelled) are set by the wholesaler or by the store where the Service allows it.
4. Location features
A store may save its shop location. Salesman logins record a position when punching a store visit and share their position with their wholesaler at an interval configured by the operator, only while the app is open. Store and wholesaler logins are never tracked. Location features require the device permission and may be declined, in which case the related features do not work.
5. Your data
Business and personal data processed by the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. Order data is visible to the store that placed the order, the wholesaler that fulfils it and the operator. Each wholesaler sees only its own data. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as product images and logos) and grant us a licence to store and display it in the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the apps and the Service, and may require you to install updates to keep using it. Features may be added, changed or removed with reasonable notice where the change is material.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for losses arising from orders, goods, prices or payments between stores and wholesalers, from incorrect data entered by users, or from device, network or location inaccuracies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
The operator or the responsible wholesaler may deactivate a login at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination your right to use the apps ends; data is retained and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where the Service is provided to businesses in India, applicable Indian law. Disputes will first be raised with us in writing so we can try to resolve them.
