Privacy Policy
SupplyDay and SupplyDayW ("the apps") and the SupplyDay web admin are operated by Ewaantech FZ LLC. The apps are for business use by retail stores, wholesalers and their teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address and phone number, used to create and secure your login.
- Business data: store or wholesaler details such as name, code, address, GST number and logo.
- Orders: products, quantities, prices, delivery dates, notes and the status history, including which login placed or changed an order.
- Content: product images and logos uploaded by wholesalers.
- Technical data: authentication tokens, app version and timestamps needed to run the Service. We do not use advertising identifiers.
2. Location data
Location is used only for the features below and only with your device permission.
- Store location: a store account may save its shop position once from the app (or a wholesaler or the operator may set it). It is used to measure how far a salesman's visit was from the shop.
- Salesman punches: when a salesman punches a store visit, the app records the device position and the distance from the store's saved location.
- Salesman position sharing: while the SupplyDay app is open, a salesman login shares its position with its wholesaler at an interval set by the operator (30 minutes by default). Nothing is collected in the background or when the app is closed.
- Store and wholesaler logins are never tracked.
3. How we use data
To operate the ordering service between stores and wholesalers; to show order history and statuses; to show a wholesaler where its salesmen are and which stores they visited; to notify wholesalers of new orders and visits; and to provide support. We do not sell personal data, show advertising or use third-party tracking.
4. Who can see what
- Order details are visible to the store that placed the order and the wholesaler that fulfils it.
- A salesman sees only the stores of their wholesaler (or the stores assigned to them).
- A salesman's position history and punches are visible to their wholesaler's team and to the platform operator.
- Each wholesaler sees only its own data. The platform operator can access data to operate and support the Service.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers operated for Ewaantech FZ LLC, transmitted over HTTPS and protected by role-based access controls. Login tokens are stored in the device's secure storage. Deactivating a login signs it out of all devices.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and order data are kept while the business relationship is active and afterwards as required for legal record-keeping. Salesman location samples are deleted automatically after a period set by the operator (30 days by default). You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at the address below; deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep the data.
7. Third-party services
Maps in the apps and the admin are provided by Google Maps Platform; map tiles and place searches are requested from Google under Google's privacy policy. Hosting is provided by our infrastructure partner. We do not share personal data with any other third party except where required by law.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw the location permission in your device settings at any time. Contact us at the address below.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced in the apps.
